A Brief Introduction of Lecithin
Lecithin is a very important ingredient of and is found as an invariable part of our body. Each cell of our body is laced with lecithin. The body generates lecithin and aids in
keeping vital organs of our body healthy and strong.   However the diet consumed these days leaves a lot to be desired and it has become increasingly important to aid the decreasing amounts of lecithin prepared by the body itself.

In the most commonly understood form, it is a fatty, slimy substance that prevents the accumulation of other fatty deposits on the walls of arteries.  This substance is found easily in cabbage, cauliflower, Soya beans eggs and many other commonly consumed natural edibles. The worrying part is that it is neither found in large, healthy quantities nor quality and neither consumed consciously.

The cells of our body are all invariably laced with lecithin to make them supple and flexible thereby allowing it to adjust to varying blood flow and other changes that the body is constantly subjected to. Lecithin being produced by the body itself (the Liver) should be sufficient to keep each cell healthy and strong which is essential for sustained overall health of the human body.

Absence of adequate amounts of lecithin can cause the linings of the cells to become harder and thus functionally inefficient. The major areas that are affected most would invariably be the brain, heart, and the joints.
